How to Take Your Bilberry & Lutein Capsules
For adults only. Take 1 capsule, one to three times daily with food. The fat-soluble ingredients — lutein, zeaxanthin and vitamin E — are absorbed better alongside dietary fat, so take with a meal containing some. At one capsule a day the 60-capsule pack lasts two months.

Why is copper included alongside zinc?
