At BioBodyBoost, your satisfaction is our priority. We follow UK and EU consumer-protection laws to ensure returns are fair, transparent, and fast.

How to Start a Return

Returns are handled through your BioBodyBoost account for a quick, self-service experience.

  1. Log in to your account: biobodyboost.co.uk/account and sign in with your order email. If you’ve never logged in before, click “Create Account” using the same email to see your orders.
  2. Find your order: Open Orders and choose the product you’d like to return.
  3. Request a return: Click “Request Return”, select a reason (e.g. unwanted, damaged, wrong item) and upload photos if needed.
  4. Receive your label: UK customers get a prepaid Royal Mail label by email. EU/international customers receive instructions to use a tracked service.
  5. Pack and send: Re-seal your product securely, attach the label, and drop off at any Post Office or courier location.
  6. Refund or replacement: We inspect returns within 1 business day and issue refunds the next day. Banks may take 1-3 days to credit funds.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Return initiated within 30 days of delivery (UK & EU)
  • Product unopened and unused
  • Original packaging and seal intact
  • Proof of purchase provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products without sealed safety caps
  • Items requiring refrigeration
  • Personalised or custom orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Request a return within 48 hours of delivery via your account
  • Upload photos of the item and packaging
  • We offer an immediate replacement or full refund
  • All shipping costs are covered by BioBodyBoost

Refund Timelines

  • Item inspection: within 1 business day after receipt
  • Refund processing: next business day after approval
  • Bank processing: 1-3 business days to credit funds

Total expected refund time: 2-5 business days from the date we receive your return.

EU Customer Rights
