At BioBodyBoost, your satisfaction is our priority. We follow UK and EU consumer-protection laws to ensure returns are fair, transparent, and fast.

How to Start a Return
Returns are handled through your BioBodyBoost account for a quick, self-service experience.
- Log in to your account: biobodyboost.co.uk/account and sign in with your order email. If you’ve never logged in before, click “Create Account” using the same email to see your orders.
- Find your order: Open Orders and choose the product you’d like to return.
- Request a return: Click “Request Return”, select a reason (e.g. unwanted, damaged, wrong item) and upload photos if needed.
- Receive your label: UK customers get a prepaid Royal Mail label by email. EU/international customers receive instructions to use a tracked service.
- Pack and send: Re-seal your product securely, attach the label, and drop off at any Post Office or courier location.
- Refund or replacement: We inspect returns within 1 business day and issue refunds the next day. Banks may take 1-3 days to credit funds.
Eligibility Requirements
- Return initiated within 30 days of delivery (UK & EU)
- Product unopened and unused
- Original packaging and seal intact
- Proof of purchase provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplements
- Products without sealed safety caps
- Items requiring refrigeration
- Personalised or custom orders
- Free samples or promotional gifts
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Request a return within 48 hours of delivery via your account
- Upload photos of the item and packaging
- We offer an immediate replacement or full refund
- All shipping costs are covered by BioBodyBoost
Refund Timelines
- Item inspection: within 1 business day after receipt
- Refund processing: next business day after approval
- Bank processing: 1-3 business days to credit funds
Total expected refund time: 2-5 business days from the date we receive your return.
EU Customer Rights
