How it works

How to start a return

Log in to your account

Visit biobodyboost.co.uk/account and sign in with your order email. New to the portal? Click "Create Account" using the same email to access your orders.

Find your order

Open the Orders section and select the product you want to return.

Request a return

Click "Request Return", choose your reason (unwanted, damaged, wrong item) and upload photos if relevant.

Receive your label

UK customers get a prepaid Royal Mail label by email. EU/international customers receive tracked return instructions.

Pack & send

Re-seal securely, attach the label and drop off at any Post Office. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Receive your refund

We inspect returns within 1 business day and process refunds the next. Banks typically take 1–3 further days to credit your account.

  • Initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Product unopened and unused
  • Original packaging and seal intact
  • Proof of purchase provided
  • Damaged or incorrect items (48hr window)

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with broken safety seal
  • Items requiring refrigeration
  • Personalised or custom orders
  • Free samples or promotional gifts
