How to Use
Add 1 scoop (30g) to a glass of water (200ml), juice, milk or liquid of your choice. Stir with a fork or spoon, or use a blender for best results. Use 1 to 3 servings (heaped scoops) per day, or as required.
The cocoa content means it blends particularly well with milk or oat milk, and works stirred into porridge or overnight oats. It can be used before or after exercise, or at any time of day as a protein-rich snack.
How to Compare Whey Proteins Properly
Protein powders are unusually hard to compare, because the headline figure on the front of the tub depends on the serving size the brand has chosen. Four checks that make comparisons meaningful:

Protein per 100g, not per serving. This one provides 73.2g per 100g. A brand using a 40g scoop can quote a bigger per-serving number from a weaker powder.

Concentrate, isolate, or a blend. Isolate is more refined and lower in lactose; concentrate retains more of the original milk fraction. This is a blend of whey concentrate, milk protein concentrate and whey isolate.

Sweetener and flavour system. Check whether the chocolate comes from real cocoa or flavouring alone, and whether it is sweetened with stevia or with sucralose or aspartame.

Does it still contain soya?
The current recipe no longer lists soy lecithin as an ingredient. It is made in a facility which also handles soya, and pots from earlier batches used the previous recipe, which did contain soy lecithin — check the label on your pot.
What sweetener is used?
Steviol glycosides, from stevia leaf, are the only sweetener. There are no artificial colours, sweeteners or flavours, and no added sugar.
