512mg of vitamin C per capsule — 640% NRV — from multiple sources, with 12 botanicals, Bioperine™, reishi fruiting body, live cultures at 125 million CFU, and five further vitamins and minerals. Twenty ingredients, every dose declared.
Five Nutrients Carrying Immune Claims
Most immunity supplements rest on one nutrient. This one has five with authorised immune claims — vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, selenium and vitamin B6 — plus vitamin E for oxidative stress protection.
-
Vitamin C — 512mg (640% NRV) · contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system
-
Vitamin D — 2.5µg (50% NRV) · contributes to the normal function of the immune system · as vegan D3, not D2
-
Zinc — 5mg (50% NRV) · contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress
-
Selenium — 10µg (18% NRV) · contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal thyroid function, and the maintenance of normal hair and nails
-
Vitamin B6 — 1.5mg (107% NRV) · contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
The vitamin C is not from a single source. Ascorbic acid provides the bulk, with acerola cherry contributing a further 12mg of vitamin C, alongside baobab fruit pulp, rosehip and citrus bioflavonoids.
How Other UK Immunity Supplements Compare
Vitamin C tablets — one nutrient. Cheap and effective for the immune claim, but ascorbic acid alone with no botanicals, minerals or cultures.
Berocca and effervescent formulas — convenient, fewer actives. Vitamin and mineral blends without the herbal complex, mushroom or live cultures, and no halal approval.
Elderberry syrups — single botanical, added sugar. Popular in winter, but one ingredient, usually with sugar, and no authorised claims of their own.

How to Take It
Take 1 capsule, one to three times per day, or as advised. At one capsule a day the 60-capsule pot lasts two months.
For food-form vitamin C without ascorbic acid, Bio-C is the non-acidic alternative. For a dedicated mushroom complex, Bio Mushroom Boost provides five organic species. For a separate vitamin D, Lipovita D3 + K2.
Is This You?
- You want more than one nutrient behind an immunity claim — this has five
- You want vitamin C from multiple sources, not ascorbic acid alone
- You'd rather buy one capsule than vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, elderberry and a culture separately
- You want reishi declared as fruiting body extract rather than left unspecified
- You need halal and kosher approved immunity support

Questions We Get Asked
Why vitamin C from multiple sources?
Ascorbic acid provides the bulk of the 512mg, with acerola cherry contributing a further 12mg, plus baobab fruit pulp, rosehip and citrus bioflavonoids in the formula. If you want vitamin C entirely in food form with no ascorbic acid at all, Bio-C is the alternative.
Is the vitamin D suitable for vegans?
Yes. It is vegan vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), not D2. Most D3 on the market is derived from sheep's wool, so a vegan D3 is worth noting. Each capsule provides 2.5µg (100iu), which is 50% NRV, and vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
What is Bioperine™?
A branded black pepper extract (Piper nigrum), standardised for piperine and included at 2.5mg. Being a branded ingredient means the standardisation is consistent between batches.
Which reishi form is used?
Fruiting body extract, at 20mg equivalent — the supplier specifies this on the label, where many mushroom products state only "reishi extract" without saying which part of the organism it came from.
Food supplements should not replace a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. Consult your GP before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, immunosuppressed, or managing a thyroid or diagnosed health condition.
