Great product, curb the appetite and it does what it says I would buy it again for sure
Great product. Work really well.
Very good so far, will continue using it.
Magnesium supplements are sold on the compound weight printed on the front of the pot — a number that is always much larger than the magnesium you actually get. This one gives 2453mg of magnesium compounds, providing 387mg of elemental magnesium at 103.2% NRV per three-capsule serving, from malate, glycinate and taurate, with zinc and vitamin B6.

2453mg of compounds yields 387mg of magnesium. That ratio is normal — magnesium is always bound to something heavier than itself — but it is why front-of-pot numbers are not comparable between brands. If a product does not print its elemental figure, you cannot compare it with this one.
You will have read that glycinate is the one for sleep, malate is the one for energy and taurate is the one for your heart. We used to say something similar on this page. We have taken it down, because it is not established — it is inference from what each compound is bound to, repeated until it sounded like fact. No health claim is authorised for any individual magnesium form. Here is what each one actually is.
Malic acid occurs naturally in apples and other fruits. This is the largest single component of the blend by weight.
Glycine is an amino acid. "Buffered" means the glycinate has been blended with another magnesium compound during manufacture.
Taurine is an amino acid. The smallest component of the three by weight.
Why three rather than one? Because a blend is a reasonable way to top up magnesium generally, rather than betting everything on a single compound. Not because each form has been assigned a separate job.
A reduction of tiredness and fatigue · electrolyte balance · normal energy-yielding metabolism · normal functioning of the nervous system · normal muscle function · normal protein synthesis · normal psychological function · the maintenance of normal bones and teeth · a role in the process of cell division.
Sleep is not an authorised magnesium claim, in any form. Neither is blood pressure, cardiac rhythm, migraine or anxiety. If you see those attached to a magnesium product, the brand is going beyond what has been assessed — including, until recently, this page.

£12.991 to 3 capsules daily · Free UK delivery on orders over £30 Secure checkout · 30-day returnsHow many capsules should I take, and how long does a pot last?
One capsule, one to three times per day. Three capsules gives the full 387mg elemental magnesium at 103.2% NRV. So a 90-capsule pot lasts 30 days at three per day, or 90 days at one per day — between 14p and 43p a day depending on your dose.
Does it contain magnesium stearate?
Yes. Magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide are used as anti-caking agents. It is usually plant-derived but can be animal-derived and labels rarely specify, so if you avoid it, you should know it is here before you buy rather than after.
Is it halal, kosher and vegan?
Halal approved and kosher approved, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The capsule shell is plant-based HPMC, and the base is gluten-free brown rice flour.
Can I take it with other supplements?
A full serving provides 103.2% of the magnesium NRV, so check what else you are taking — magnesium adds up quietly across multivitamins and greens powders. If you take prescribed medication or are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your healthcare professional first. See the full product page for the complete ingredient list.
