From Vaccinium macrocarpon. Cranberries supply vitamin C, dietary fibre and manganese, and are a source of polyphenols including proanthocyanidins, flavonols and quercetin.
A live bacterial culture found naturally in the human gut, mouth and vagina, and in certain foods. It produces lactic acid via the enzyme lactase.
